Acceptance of Terms

Repeated or deliberate creation of duplicate accounts may result in permanent platform-wide exclusion.
Account Information Accuracy
Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or at any subsequent point — including during the KYC verification process — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of account balance. x7ibaji will not process withdrawals to payment methods that do not match the verified identity information held on the player's account.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on x7ibaji — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). x7ibaji does not apply currency conversion fees to player accounts. The currency displayed in your x7ibaji wallet at all times is BDT.
Accepted Payment Methods

Sports Betting Rules

Disconnection and Technical Failure
x7ibaji cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or power outage on the player's side during an active game or bet. In the event of a technical failure on x7ibaji's own platform that prevents a game round from completing, the wager for that round will be returned to the player's account. All game results are logged server-side and these records constitute the definitive account of outcomes in any dispute.

Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the x7ibaji platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant legal authorities where applicable:
- Registering an account if you are under 18 years of age or do not otherwise meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
- Registering more than one account on x7ibaji, whether in your own name or under any alias, pseudonym, or third-party identity.
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with x7ibaji support.
- Using x7ibaji's services in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in x7ibaji's platform to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown technical error are void and will be removed from your account.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with x7ibaji's platform in place of genuine human play.

Section 8
Account Closure & Suspension
Players may close their x7ibaji account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, x7ibaji will process any eligible real-money balance remaining in the account to the player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe, provided that all KYC requirements have been met and no bonus wagering conditions remain outstanding on that balance.
Self-Exclusion
x7ibaji offers voluntary self-exclusion tools to players who feel they need to take a break from gambling. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours up to permanent closure. - Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
- A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account action.
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
Where x7ibaji initiates account closure for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Where closure is the result of confirmed misconduct or breach of these terms, x7ibaji reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where appropriate, to forfeit them entirely.
Dormant Accounts
An x7ibaji account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placed). x7ibaji reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts with a positive BDT balance, after providing the player with at least 30 days' prior written notice to their registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for 12 months may be closed without further notice.
